The "Teaching, Research, Employment and Practice Base" has been officially put into use.

The "Teaching, Research, Employment, and Practice Base" jointly established by ACE PET Group and the College of Animal Medicine of Qingdao Agricultural University has officially been inaugurated. The core mission of this base is to deepen talent cultivation, with a focused effort on two key directions: 1. Pet Food Development Direction Centered on technological breakthroughs and practical skill development, students participate in the entire process from research and development to production under the guidance of mentors, truly mastering essential skills and achieving deep integration of theory and practice. 2. Pet Nutritional Product Research Direction The curriculum is continuously optimized to align with industry demands, providing real-world R&D scenarios and project-based training. This ensures students’ abilities seamlessly meet industry needs and enhances their employability. Together, the two parties have established the Joint Postgraduate Training Base for Pet Functional Food Development and the Joint Postgraduate Training Base of the College of Animal Medicine, Qingdao Agricultural University, aiming to build a comprehensive and well-supported talent cultivation platform that provides a solid foundation for industry development. The base adopts a dual-mentor system comprising academic mentors and corporate mentors, helping students clarify their career paths, enhance their professional competencies, and cultivate practical and innovative talents for the pet food and nutritional products sector. Both parties will collaborate to deepen the integration of industry, academia, and research, jointly driving the Chinese pet industry toward higher levels of development.
