This factory is located at No. 17 Madian 1st Road, Jiaozhou City, Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, and operated and owned by Joyful. The factory has approximately 11,490.78 square meters and is dedicated to the production of pet food. The facility has an annual designed production capacity of 14,000 tons, with current daily production of 15 tons. We expect that the daily production could reach to 35-45 tons per day if needed. This facility has pet additive premix feed production permits, compound pet feed production permits, and export feed inspection and quarantine registration. The factory is committed to ethical and socially responsible practices throughout pet production supply chain and this allows the factory to meet the U.S., EU, and China’s standards for pet food production. Our proactive approach to help prevent contamination from harmful microorganisms, chemicals, or physical hazards, minimizing risks to pet health, has resulted in our HACCP certification and the ISO22000 Food Safety Management System certification. This facility is also equipped with a pet technology industry incubator.

The facility features multiple automated production lines for pet shampoos, sprays and toothpaste, and has an annual designed production capacity of 16,000 tons, with current daily production of 20 tons. We expect that the daily production could reach to 40-65 tons if needed. The facility adheres to the ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard, supported by a dedicated quality inspection team and advanced testing equipment.

This factory comprises of an office of approximately 142 square meters, and a warehouse for storage of approximately 475 square meters. It is dedicated to the pre-processing and production of coconut husk and fibers which are the primary components of our coconut cat litter. We use only raw materials (primarily, coconut shells and fibers in this location) that are locally sourced and certified organic by local authorities to ensure safety and health of our cat litter products. By adopting a local procurement and processing model, we have effectively reduced intermediary costs. Our baby-grade cat litter has also passed the EU REACH SVHC 234-item test.
